How to pull through your new SkyRunner Edge glove and grip pole
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Hold the grip
Place the top section (grip) in your hand.
Let the other pole sections naturally fall below.
2. Align the connectors
The ends of each pole section will self-locate into the top of the section below.
Gently guide them so each piece slots into place.
3. Pull the tension cord
At the top of the pole, unclip the plastic cap incorporating the cord.
Pull the cord firmly upward — this action draws all the sections tightly together and puts the pole under tension.
4. Lock the knot
As you pull, a small knot will appear in the cord.
Hook this knot over into the groove inside the grip.
This secures the tension and locks the pole open ready for use.
5. Replace the top cap
Take the plastic cap and insert it back down into the top of the pole.
This tidies away the cord and ensures the pole is fully secure for use.
If the pole sections feel loose, they are not properly locked in place ready for use. Do not use them, return to step 1. .
*Poles are unable to leave the factory without a knot pre installed - you do not need to install one.
